the rooms were quiet, warm.

Loved Beaumont, the hotel was quiet close to everything. The location was favourable and the free parking was on-site. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Al Basha that is only 5 minutes' walk away. The staff members were all HELPFUL and nice. I was pleased with good service. Late check-out was useful.

Request a room change if your microwave is unclean. It's a better option than dealing with unresponsive staff.

It was short walk to a convenience store as well as Beaumont, convenient location overall. Truly enjoyed our stay, would come here again...

The spacious room perfectly accommodated our large family. We particularly enjoyed the evening bar specials, which allowed us to unwind while the kids settled down for the night.

My wife says that more family-friendly amenities would improve the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near several casinos. We also loved that there were karaoke opportunities close by. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, great to relax after our activities.

The complimentary breakfast could use more variety to satisfy diverse tastes.

Charged extra for my two toddlers despite their young ages. The room was poorly equipped for four people, lacking basic amenities like towels and toiletries. The microwave was nearly unusable, and I encountered roaches that drove me to order out rather than prepare meals. Climbing stairs with young children was challenging, especially without luggage carts. A late check-out request was denied, leaving a negative impression.

This place is great, and has free parking, a fitness club, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff happily helped me find parking. I'll definitely return for a holiday!

The fitness club features enough equipment to get in a decent workout. Free parking made arriving hassle-free, and the cute reception area has a nice bar for cozy evenings. The spacious rooms offered a comfortable layout.

Staying on the upper floors meant dealing with heavy luggage and no luggage carts available. The microwave needed constant manual effort to keep it functioning. Thin walls allowed sounds from neighboring rooms, interrupting restful sleep a few times during the night.

The room was pretty rough. There were cockroaches crawling around, and I noticed iron burns in the carpet. Plus, the lampshades were falling apart. I hardly got any sleep because the walls were thin and I could hear my neighbor's music blasting at 5 am. The pool was out of service, and it had a weird smell. Don't even get me started on the pillows. Three for a double room feels off. Definitely not a place for a relaxing stay.

I had a fantastic stay with clean and welcoming reception. The bar had great prices, but the pool being green was a letdown. I'd come back though!
